Troublesome Creek Medicine is currently credentialed with the most common insurance payors.

 

Anthem, Aetna/Meritain, Carefirst BCBS, Caresource,

Cigna, BPA(BCPS), Humana, Kaiser, Medicare, Medicaid,

Molina, Multiplan, Optima,PCHP, Railroad Medicare,

Tricare, UHC, Virginia Premier, Wellcare.

TCM is not credentialed at this time with Tricare Prime.  This payor requires multiple credentialing applications and will be an additional time period prior to accepting.

Self pay patients are welcomed.  Payment plans will be provided, depending on the requested services. 

 

Payment plan options can be discussed prior to the visit if desired.  Payment transactions can be made using cash, check, Venmo, or Cash App.
